About the Arizona Medical Malpractice Resource Center

The Arizona Medical Malpractice Resource Center is an independent information site. We explain Arizona medical malpractice law in plain English, using the statutes themselves, and we give readers a way to ask for a free case review.

We are not a law firm. Nobody here is an attorney and nothing on this site is legal advice. Reading the site or sending us a form does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Who runs this site

The site is operated by Wilder West Assets LLC, an Arizona company that publishes legal information websites. The editor is Joe Styler. Joe is a publisher, not a lawyer. He works to keep the pages accurate and to fix them when a reader points out a problem.

What we are, and what we are not

  • We are a publisher. We read the Arizona Revised Statutes and the Arizona Constitution and explain what they say.
  • We are a referral service. If you ask, we may pass your request to an Arizona law firm that can review it.
  • We are not a law firm. We do not represent anyone, give advice about a specific situation, or tell you whether you have a case.
  • We do not evaluate requests. We do not review the facts you send or form a view about them. Any case evaluation is done by a licensed Arizona attorney, not by us.
  • We do not rate or recommend lawyers. We do not rank lawyers or firms, and we make no promise about results.
  • We do not name providers. We never point to a particular doctor, hospital or clinic as an example of bad care.

Have a question about care you received?

Tell us what happened. We may pass your request to an Arizona law firm that can review it. There is no cost to ask and no obligation.

How we are paid

Readers never pay us. When we connect a reader with a law firm, that firm may pay us a fee. We may also pass a request to a firm at no charge. That is the only way this site earns money, and the footer of every page says so.

The fee does not change what we publish. Our guides describe the law from the primary sources whether or not a reader ever fills in the form. A lawyer who receives a request decides independently whether to take a matter, and you decide independently whether to hire them.

How we check what we publish

  • Primary sources first. A statute, deadline or legal standard appears on this site only after we have read it in the official source, such as the Arizona Legislature’s website.
  • Sources on every page. Each page ends with the sources we checked for that page and the date we checked them.
  • No attorney review is claimed. Our pages are written and edited by non-lawyers. We do not say or imply that a lawyer has reviewed them.
  • Software tools, including AI, help us research and draft. A person edits what is published.
  • Corrections are real. If you spot an error, write to corrections@medicalmalpracticelawyersaz.com. We check the claim against the source and fix the page. Our corrections policy explains how.

This site is not legal advice. We work to keep the information here accurate and up to date, but laws, court rules and deadlines change, and a general guide cannot account for the facts of your situation. Do not make decisions about a legal matter based on what you read here. The goal of this site is to gather information about Arizona medical malpractice in one place so you are better prepared to talk with a licensed Arizona attorney, who can advise you on your own situation.

Where we focus

We write for people in Arizona, starting with the Phoenix area: Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale and Peoria. We cover medical malpractice only.

Common questions about this site

Is this a law firm?

No. The Arizona Medical Malpractice Resource Center is an information and referral service operated by Wilder West Assets LLC. We do not practice law.

Does it cost anything to ask for a case review?

No. Readers never pay us. A law firm may pay us when we connect a reader with it.

If I send the form, do I have a lawyer?

No. Sending the form does not make anyone your lawyer. A lawyer represents you only after you and that lawyer agree to it.

Who sees what I send?

We do, and an Arizona law firm if we pass your request to one. Our privacy policy explains what we keep, for how long, and how to ask us to delete it.

Will a lawyer definitely contact me?

No. We cannot promise that a law firm will take up your request or contact you. If a deadline may be close, contact a lawyer directly instead of waiting to hear from us.

How do I report a mistake on the site?

Write to corrections@medicalmalpracticelawyersaz.com and tell us the page and the problem.

Contact

Please do not email details of a medical situation to these addresses. Use the case review form, which records your consent and keeps your request in one place.

Deadlines in Arizona are short

If you are wondering about care you or a family member received, you can ask for a free case review now and read the guides afterward.
